We hope that the information we have provided below will make your shopping experience with us a fabulous one. Your continued use of www.blairwears.com constitutes your agreement to be bound by the Terms and Conditions as stated below. Blair Wears reserves the right to amend any policy or terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Should you have any clarifications, we can be reached via email at heythere@blairwears.com.



Our business hours are from Monday to Friday 10AM – 6PM (GMT - Singapore/Asia), excluding weekends and Singapore public holidays.

All enquiries and order-related emails will be attended to within 2 business days. Kindly refrain from sending us multiple emails if you do not receive a reply within a day. By doing so, your email will be pushed back and it will take us even longer to get back to you. Please be assured that our team will get back to you as soon as we can!



To shop with us, you will have to sign up an account with Blair Wears. Upon registering with us, you are required to fill in your personal particulars and ensure that all particulars are updated and accurate.



All stated prices in foreign currencies on Blair Wears' website are calculated for customer's reference only. All payments made will be converted to Singapore Dollars.


Before you checkout, please ensure you have selected the correct items in the correct colours/sizes as we are unable to amend or cancel any orders after confirmation. We will not be held liable in the event where the wrong colours/sizes are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed.

Blair Wears accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express, as well as bank transfers.



All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days. To ensure your order is smoothly processed and promptly delivered, please check that the full and correct address is stated. In the event whereby an inaccurate shipping address was given and a parcel is returned to us, a re-delivery fee will apply. Charges will be advised accordingly. You will be required to make payment via bank transfer before we ship out your parcel to the corrected address.



For all undelivered parcels, customers will be contacted via email. Unless it is an error on our part, the cost of re-delivery will be borne by the customer. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer. Parcels returned to Blair Wears that are unclaimed after 30 days will be deemed as Blair Wears’ property and no compensation will be offered as sufficient response time has been afforded to the customer.



For The Peony Club members, earn 1 Peony Point with every dollar spent on www.blairwears.com.

For The Blair Clan members, earn 2 Peony Points with every dollar spent on www.blairwears.com.

Peony Points can only be earned through direct purchases from our website. This applies to all regular priced and sale items. Peony Points are awarded based on amount payable (excluding shipping charges, if any) and cents are rounded down. Peony Points are non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Peony Points have 1 year validity from the date of issue.



You may redeem your Peony Points to offset your purchases (excluding sale) upon checkout. No refunds will be made for orders where Peony Points were not redeemed at point of purchase.



The Blair Clan lifetime 10% discount is applied automatically during checkout. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with ongoing promotions in store, unless stated otherwise, and are not valid with sale items. It is also not applicable on delivery charges. Customers are able to accumulate Peony Points on the payable amount after deduction of discounts.



The birthday discount code is issued to your email on the first day of your birthday month. It will be valid for a one-time usage, and it will expire on the last day of your birthday month. If it is not utilised within the given timeframe, the discount will be forfeited. The birthday discount cannot be used in conjunction with ongoing promotions in store and is not applicable in conjunction with the lifetime 10% discount privilege. It is also not valid with sale items. The birthday discount cannot be used to offset delivery charges for all orders and it is strictly non-transferable. Customers can accumulate Peony Points on the payable amount after deduction of birthday discount. No refunds will be made for orders where birthday discount codes are not entered at point of purchase.



All store credits are tagged to your account, which can be used (partially or in full) to offset your online purchases. Any balance credit amount that is not utilised/expired will not be refunded back to you in cash or credits. Store Credits issued by Blair Wears can be used on any purchase, including sale items. Store Credits are valid for 3 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. If the store credit is not utilised within the given timeframe, the amount will be forfeited. No refunds will be made for orders where Store Credits are not applied at point of purchase. Store credits are strictly non-transferable, and orders placed using Store Credits will not be applicable for another return. Store Credits can be used to offset delivery charges, if any. Customers can accumulate Peony Points on the payable amount after deduction of Store Credits.



Promotional Codes issued by Blair Wears can be used on any purchase, unless stated otherwise. Promotional Codes usually have an expiration date and this will be informed accordingly. If it is not utilised within the given timeframe, the discount will be forfeited. No refunds will be made for orders where Promotional Codes are not entered at point of purchase. Promotional Codes are not valid on delivery charges for all orders unless otherwise stated, and orders placed using Promotional Codes are not applicable for any returns.

Customers can accumulate Peony Points on the payable amount after deduction of promotional discounts.

For The Blair Clan members, the discount privileges are not valid in conjunction with any promotional code, unless stated otherwise.



Returns are allowed for all merchandise except for items on sale or orders placed using a Promotional Code or Store Credit. For returns and exchanges, kindly email to heythere@blairwears.com and we will get in touch with you. Returns and exchanges are only accepted after we have attended to your email. All general returns must be mailed back to us via a traceable mode of delivery, within 14 working days for local orders and 30 working days for international orders from receiving date. All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact, packed in Blair Wears care bag. Items that do not fulfill these criteria will be duly rejected, and the customer will be required to top up the delivery charges to mail the item back to you. Delivery fees incurred for shipping the return item(s) back to us will not be reimbursed, and a shipping/handling fee of SGD $3.00 will apply to process each return. Blair Wears will not proceed with the return request if the parcel do not reach us, and we are not liable for any lost parcels via normal mail. Please note that only one time return is allowed for all orders.

For defective/incorrect items sent to you, we truly apologize for this oversight on our end and would promptly rectify this error. Kindly email us directly at heythere@blairwears.com within 14 business days from receiving date with photos of the defect or incorrect item, along with your name, order number and description of the error. We would then provide further advice on the return procedure.

Blair Wears will not be liable should the customer purchase our merchandise from any third party and we will not accede to any request for exchange.

We regret to inform you that we do not allow refunds for any returns, under any circumstances.



Backorders will open for sold out, highly requested items and are usually available during the stipulated time frame only. Arrival times for different items vary and are usually stated under each individual product listing. Please join the backorder only if you are comfortable with the waiting time. We apologize that there may be delayed or cancelled backorders due to unforeseen circumstances such as delayed shipment, lack of fabric, and insufficient stocks. For delayed or cancelled backorders, we regret to inform you that cash refunds are not applicable. A store credit with 1 year expiration date will be issued to customers accordingly.

In the event where an order consists of an instock item and a backorder item, we have a split delivery option which allows you to receive your in-stock items before your backorder items, and you will be able to make your selection upon checkout. Shipping fees, if applicable, will be billed twice should you choose to ship your in-stock items and backorder items separately. For backorder updates, please refer to the individual product listing or the backorder status page as no emails will be sent for such updates.



All measurements stated on our website are in inches. As every item is manufactured by hand, there may be potential risk of human error and actual measurements may differ by about 0.2-0.8 inches. Additionally, there may be slight discrepancy in colour or print in the photos and the items received due to the different monitor settings.



All prices of sale items are deemed final by Blair Wears. Unless there are defects, sale items are strictly non-returnable.
