GENERAL RETURNS

Blair Wears understands the importance of being satisfied with your purchase. Returns for change of mind are valid for our merchandise, except for items on sale or orders placed using promotional codes or store credits. Kindly drop us an email at heythere@blairwears.com before you proceed to do a return.

You may return your item(s) to us for store credits or request for a size exchange.

For customers who opt for a store credit refund, you will be refunded with a store credit of 3 months validity equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item(s). All store credits are tagged to your account, which can be used (partially or in full) to offset your online purchases.

Returns must be done within 14 days from receiving date, together with a Returns Form printout. All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact, packed in Blair Wears care bag. Items that do not fulfil these criteria will be duly rejected, and the customer will be required to top up the delivery charges for mailing back of the parcel. Delivery fees incurred for shipping the return item(s) back to us will not be reimbursed, and a shipping/handling fee of SGD $3.00 will apply to process each return. Blair Wears regret to inform you that we will not be able to process with any returns if the parcel fails to reach us, and we are not liable for any lost parcels via normal mail.

Blair Wears will not be liable should the customer purchase our merchandise from any third party and we will not accede to any request for exchange, and we reserve the right to reject any unsuitable returns.

Blair Wears do not allow cash refunds for any returns, under any circumstances.

  

RETURN WITH EASE AT BLAIR WEARS

Returns are now hassle-free with our Return Service via J&T (applicable for Singapore orders only). At a flat rate of $4.50, you get to save the hassle of heading down to the post office as your return parcel will be picked up from your stipulated address and no printing of the shipping label is required!

How does it work?
1) Drop us an email at heythere@blairwears.com if you would like to do a return. An order is eligible for a return if we've replied to your email.
2) Pickups will be scheduled from Monday to Friday, between 9am to 6pm once pickup details have been confirmed.
3) Pack your return item(s) securely into our Blair Wears polymailer (or any used polymailer is fine too) and write the tracking number provided to you on the parcel.
4) Pickup driver will print the shipping label upon collection.
5) Return parcel will be delivered to Blair Wears' office.

  

RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE ITEMS OR WRONG ITEMS SENT

A merchandise is considered defective if there is a serious manufacturing fault or if the item is vastly different from how it is portrayed in our website. As every item is manufactured by hand, there may be potential risk of human error and there may be a 0.2-0.8 inch difference in measurements provided. In addition, due to different monitor settings, there may be slight discrepancy in colour or print in the photos and the items received. In both cases, these differences do not account as defects. 

If it is a valid defect or incorrect item sent to you, we truly apologize for this oversight on our end and will promptly rectify this error. For defective return(s)/incorrect item(s), kindly email us at heythere@blairwears.com within 14 days from receiving date.

Kindly follow the below steps to alert us, before further advice on return procedure.
1) Email us photos of the defect or incorrect item
2) State your name, order number and description of the error

Should there be a replacement piece available, it will be sent out upon receiving the returned defective/incorrect item. However, in the event where the item is out of stock, a store credit with 1 year expiry will be issued. A reimbursement of the postage amount paid by the customer will be refunded.
